Return Policy

We want our customers to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return most items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Please include your order number and reason for return when submitting a return request. To start a return, contact our customer service team with your order details. Refunds are processed within 5-7 working days of receiving your returned item. Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Some items, such as live animals, perishable goods, and custom orders, cannot be returned.
